Shipping & Returns


Your order will ship via U.S. mail. Priority shipping is a standard. If your order is time sensitive and you would like to upgrade to express shipping for an additional charge, please contact me for a quote before making your purchase and I will gladly adjust the shipping for you. Please do this before completing the purchase to save time, as this will allow you to pay in one transaction and avoid having to pay the extra shipping charge on a separate invoice. 

Once you payment has been cleared your order will be on the schedule in which it was received. You need to keep in mind; each leather piece is crafted by my hands. We do not carry a large inventory of our products.

For payments made through PAYPAL, PayPal requires that your order be shipped to the shipping address you provide to PayPal with your payment. 

Be sure to double check that your shipping address is correct when you submit your order. If you need to make any changes or updates to your shipping address on the credit card you use to purchase or on your PayPal account please do so before submitting your payment, as once your order is received your purchase will be shipped to this address. Messages included with the order are checked before shipping, but messages sent after the order has been placed, risk not being received before shipping. It is the buyers' responsibility to make sure their shipping address is correct when submitting an order. If an item sent to a wrong address submitted by the buyer is returned to me undeliverable, I will gladly re-ship the item to the correct address at the buyer's expense.


U.S. shipping includes delivery confirmation. You will receive an e-mail with the delivery confirmation number on your package once the shipping label has been generated. In most cases you can use this number to track the progress of your package. 

Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for any customs fees, duty, taxes, tariffs, or any additional charges that may be placed upon your package by your own government as it enters your country. As I have no way of knowing what those fees may be or if they may pertain to you, please check your local customs regarding customs fees, and items restricted or prohibited for shipment to your country prior to making a purchase. Please keep in mind shipping times are estimates only from the USPS, and refer only to the delivery time between leaving the United States and arriving to your country's customs - packages can be delayed in customs at the discretion of your government and this is out of a seller's control. Your package may also be opened by your country's customs officials for inspection, and may not arrive to you looking as neatly packaged as it did when it left my hands. Packages may not be marked as a gift in order to avoid customs fees, as it is illegal in the United States for me to do so. Your package will be marked as merchandise, and the value (purchase price) of the item declared on the customs form. The customs number on your package will be e-mailed to you once the package is ready for shipment.



Custom Orders

Although, I want you to happy with your purchase, I do not issue refunds on custom orders. If for some reason you feel your custom leather piece is not to your satisfactory, please feel free to give me a call and let’s discuss your options at hand.


Signature Leather Pieces and Retail:

If you have purchased one of our signature leather items and you are completely unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us to discuss options.


All return / exchange / refund transactions must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery.

I will happily accept a return of my work for any reason if notified, and the item is safely repackaged and placed in the mail with delivery confirmation to be shipped back to me within 48 hours of delivery. Buyer assumes responsibility for return shipping charges and the item must be successfully returned unused & undamaged in its original condition and in its original gift packaging before return will be processed. As soon as the item has been safely received back to me, we will process you return within 1-3 weeks. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Due to the fact that my items are made in limited quantities or one at a time and depend on materials on hand, items may not always be able to be exchanged for another like item. Please contact me via via email within 48 hours of delivery and we will work out the issue to your liking. Regular return policy applies and postage charge for shipping the new item will be necessary.

In the rare event of a refund, payment will be re-issued via the same means as the original payment was made for purchase price of item. Items must be returned for a full refund, and refund will be processed after the item has been received back to us and will be issued in a timely manner.



In the unlikely event a package is received damaged in transit I will ask you to kindly submit photos via email, of the damaged item itself, and of the damaged package so that I may assess the situation and take appropriate action accordingly. Items may be returned for a full refund plus reimbursement for return shipping. Regular refund policy applies, and policy does not cover damage caused by misuse or mishandling of the item by the customer.


We encourage you to send us your feedback via email or simply on the site, when you receive your item, as this lets me know your item arrived safely and all is well. I will kindly return feedback for you once I have received your feedback and I'm certain you are satisfied.
